white is a color-filled prism

it is the opposite in the world of art
find this confusing, i do not

so my dear as i watch you

try on this one and that one

i am sitting here for one reason

in a warm glow, my opinion has worth

to be truthful, it is not the dress

i watch your face far more

as it beams a bit more i know

which one delights you most

the other part of this

why the importance of needing the dress

so i must weigh what this is for

what not only accentuates you 

but the cachet you are

which requires pure honesty in me

it is my responsibility

and so i give it in such a spirit

while some may experience the same

and long for the door

i am here for the duration

basking in the honor 

she trusts the honesty i am 

it is all about a little girl with a tea set

it matters little that the tea is make believe

it is the undivided attention you give her

she knows you share her world

and that means you have built trust

in the reality that is her world

we will leave with her dress
